Day #221 of 365 Project

It's been kind of a rough last few weeks for me.....I have had 2 flashes and 2 cameras quit working for me and I am at one of the busiest times of year as far as photo shoots go. So today I needed to try out the old XT's cameras skills because I have to wait for the others to come back from the repair shop. I went outside and snapped a few shots and all looked fine, but I still needed to try something inside and see how the flash worked. Unfortunately I don't have much inside of subject interest EXCEPT the wonderful cats! I walked into the living room in search of a willing subject and this is what I found!! :) My cat "Tuff" never lets me down when I need a great shot!! He loves to recline!! I LOVE THIS CAT!!!

Day #220 of 365 Project

One of the many pairs of rubber flip-flops that grace my granddaughters darling little feet.

Day #219 of 365 Project

These flowers always amaze me....right next to each other, same type but very different.

Day #218 of 365 Project

These garden tools attatched to a tree were a sight that caught the attention to both Jenny & I at a recent wedding we photographed, we both spotted it at about the same time and immediately both cameras went towards it! :)

At The County Fair

I got really tired of sitting at my computer editing pictures today, so I decided to take a short break and go see what was at our County Fair. I had to take the camera with me just in case I saw something I wanted to photograph, and of course I found lots of subjects! I think I have a soft spot for goats & cows....ENJOY!!

Pretty Skys from Rooster Rock Fire

There has been a forest fire over by Sisters at Rooster Rock for almost a week now. Only good thing I can see that comes from a fire is beautiful evening skys. Hope they get it put out soon!

Flower Girl & Ring Bearer stole the show :)

Jenny and I shot a wedding at Elk Lake Resort last Saturday and there was a lot of very wonderful/unique things happening that really got our attention....BUT.....Nothing compared to this scene! The Flower Girl and Ring Bearer had done their part and decided it was time to play. Both of them wandered into the lake....FULLY DRESSED IN WEDDING OUTFITS, SHOES AND ALL.... to pick up big rocks and make big splashes! Good thing the ceremony was already over!!
